KATE KUP Countdown: It's Here!

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered for the KATE KUP!  We are grateful and humbled to have your support and enthusiasm.  PLEASE READ this update carefully because there are IMPORTANT reminders and instructions.  And don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for photos, news & updates on social media, too!


VIP Players Party | Thursday, March 3, from 4pm – 10pm

If you are working the Players Party, please arrive at 3 Palms Grille PROMPTLY at 4 PM to help set-up.  Dress to work between 4-5:30PM and bring a change of clothes and any necessary toiletries and cosmetics to freshen up before the party.  There is a locker room available in The Yards Clubhouse.

Players Party Duties:  Set up welcome tables, Raffle, and Auction tables; display signage and décor; manage Welcome tables; sell raffle tickets; host and help; break down and clean up.

Tournament Set-Up | Friday, March 4, between 10am – 2pm

If you are working Friday, please arrive at the KAF office promptly at 10 AM to help load items into vehicles and transport to the venue.  Once we arrive on site, we will be setting up tables and tents.  This will be hard labor, so please dress accordingly.

Friday Duties: Transport items from KAF office to venues, set up tables and tents, stage and prep items.

Triples Tournament | Saturday, March 5, between 7am – 7pm (6-hour shifts)

Attire is athletic casual and please wear comfortable shoes.  Blue shirts are preferred.  Ladies, please wear white shorts/pants/tennis skirts and gentlemen may wear black or khaki shorts/trousers.

Morning Shift (7AM-1PM).  Please arrive at Oak Bridge Tennis Center at The Yards for your shift PROMPTLY at 7AM.  You may park across the street from the venue until shuttle service begins.  Please report to the Kate Amato Foundation tent for the morning briefing and assignments.  Coffee and donuts will be provided by Mini Bar and Bold Bean.

Afternoon Shift (1PM-7PM):  Please arrive for your shift PROMPTLY at 1PM.  Event Day Parking is located at the Aqua Grill Parking Lot in Sawgrass Village and complimentary shuttle service is available.  Please report to the Kate Amato Foundation tent for your shift assignment and instructions.  Lunch will be provided by TacoLu and the Bearded Pig.

Tourney Day Duties: Set up tables, displays, signs and banners, parking and directional signage, coolers, water station, cooling tent; work Beer Garden, Champagne Tent, KYDS Zone, Players Lunches, KAF Tent; host and help; break down and clean up.
